Remote work can often feel isolating and challenging. That's precisely why Conekto was designed: to improve the remote employee experience, especially as remote work becomes increasingly prevalent. Conekto serves as a platform where remote workers can stay connected with their colleagues, effectively balance work and personal life, and overcome the obstacles associated with working from home.

Problem Statement

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, remote work has surged in popularity, both in Spain and globally, and will continue to do so. While this "new trend" offers many benefits for companies, it has also introduced challenges related to the absence of physical presence. 6 out of 10 telecommuters report feeling a lack of socialization and miss the traditional office environment. The following draft illustrates the growing number of young individuals engaging in remote work from 2018 to 2021:

Solution

An online platform that maximizes the connection among employees while maintaining a clear boundary between work and leisure. Conekto enables both virtual and personal interactions, facilitating the management of physical and virtual events, and enhancing communication and support through channels, feed, and work tables.
